Booking fees are required to secure your appointment.
This is a non-refundable deposit that will go toward the amount of your procedure.
Remaining balance will be due at the time of your appointment in CASH / ZELLE.
A debit/credit card transaction will include a 3% processing fee on top of the remaining balance.
Any promo appointments cannot be rescheduled. If your appointment is rescheduled, the promo discount will not reflect on your balance remaining; meaning you would have to pay the original/full price for your eyebrow service.
Initial services do not include the 6-12 Week Touch Up. Touch Up services are separate charges.
Rescheduling can be made if you notify me at least 48 hours prior to your original appointment. Client can reschedule one time only— another deposit/appointment will have to be made the 2nd time.
Clients have a 15 minute grace period from appointment time.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. No refunds will be made.
Failure to cancel your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the procedure amount.
No-Shows will be charged 50% of the procedure amount.
