Cancellations / Rescheduling

― Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. No refunds will be made.
Failure to cancel your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the procedure amount.
No-Shows will be charged 50% of the procedure amount.


― Rescheduling can be made if you notify me at least 48 hours prior to your original appointment. Client can reschedule one time only— another deposit/appointment will have to be made the 2nd time.

Late / No Show

― The client must arrive no later than 15 minutes from the original appointment time. I understand that things come up, and if you are later than 15 minutes, you can notify me to see if I’ll be able to work around it. If not, I will have to take the next client and the appointment will be canceled. Deposit will be forfeited.


― Deposit will be forfeited if the client is a no show. No-Shows will be charged 50% of the procedure amount.


― Please do not bring any guests, children, or animals. This is to prevent cross-contamination & any distractions.


― Please give me a text when you arrive as I may be finishing up with the prior client. Please do not walk into the procedure area without notifying me of your arrival.


ALLERGIC REACTIONS: You may develop an allergic reaction to the pigment or anesthetic being used. You may contact me to request a patch test at least 72 hours before the appointment if you have sensitive skin or prone to allergic reactions; however, a patch test doesn’t always guarantee that you will develop a reaction to the products being used. If you do not request a patch test, you may waive it on the day of the appointment.

― Microblading, Microshading, Ombre Powder, & Saline Removal results are not 100% guaranteed. Results & color retention depend on proper aftercare, lifestyle, skin type, and skin conditions. 

All services are non-refundable.
